Popular Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has revealed how he ex husband, Ademidun Ojo made her to experience poverty for the first time in her life.

The actress revealed this during a podcast interview with media personality Toke Makinwa, adding that when she married him, they were living I’m a one room (face me I face you) apartment.

She revealed that she was born into a wealthy home where she had her own driver who take her to school everyday and also had over 100,000.00 thousand naira in her account.

The mother of two described the experience with the father of her children as an adventure for her, as she was craving attention, which her ex-husband provided at that time.

She said, “I was born into wealth; we lived in Obanikoro, where there was a stable power supply. I was taken to school every day by my driver and had over N100,000 in my account.

“Initially, living that life with her ex was fun, and because I had lived in wealth, I saw it as an adventure. People shouldn’t blame the rich when they don’t understand the problems of the poor.

“I had no idea ‘face me, I face you’ houses existed until I got married.”
