Things You Can Clean with Toothpaste

While toothpaste is most commonly used for brushing teeth, it can alsi be used for different cleaning agents. Some other things you can clean with toothpaste are:

Jewelry: You can use toothpaste to clean and shine jewelry, especially silver and gold pieces.

Shoes: Use a dab of toothpaste to clean scuff marks and stains on white shoes.

Computer keyboard: Use a small amount of toothpaste to clean the gunk between the keys.

Hairbrushes: To remove hair and product buildup from hairbrushes, you should soak them in warm water and toothpaste for a few minutes.

Erasing crayon marks on walls: Gently rub a small amount of toothpaste on the marks and wipe with a damp cloth.

Cleaning DVD and CD discs: Apply a small amount of toothpaste to a soft cloth and rub in a circular motion. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.

Removing ink stains from leather: Apply toothpaste to the stain, allow it sit for a few minutes, and then wipe with a damp cloth.

Polishing car headlights: Rub toothpaste on cloudy headlights and wipe clean to restore their clarity.

Removing scuff marks from wood floors: Gently rub toothpaste on the scuff marks with a soft cloth.

Removing water rings from furniture: Mix toothpaste with baking soda to create a paste and rub it on the water rings.

Removing gum from clothes or hair: Apply toothpaste to the gum and let it sit for a few minutes, then gently pull the gum off.
