Arsenal Legend, Thierry Henry has been named manager of the French Under 21 national team by the French Football Federatiom.

A statement confirming the of the 46 year old former Arsenal and Barcelona forwsrd’s appointment was issued via the National football team’s official social media platforms yesterday.

Henry, who put pen to paper on a two year contract will now lead Les Blues through the upcoming qualifying campaign for the 2025 U21 Eurosas well as the Olympic games in Paris 2024.

Before his appointment, he was previously the assistant manager of the Belgian National team, working under Roberto Martinez at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
