Some people are more prune to it than others, Most of the time mouth ulcers will heal on their own within a week or two without even using anything.
There are some natural remedies that can help relieve the pain and heal up fast.
Rinse your mouth with salt water. This method will help to cleanse the area and speed up healing. Start by mixing one teaspoon of salt with a cup of warm water, swish it around the mouth for a few minutes, and then spit it out.
Aloe vera gel directly to the sore:This method can help promote healing fast as well as sooth the area.
Honey paste: try this method by applying a paste made from honey and baking soda to the sore.

Try to drink cold water or sucking on ice chips. This can help to numb the area and provide some relief from the pain.
You can as well use over the counter pain reliever like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.
