President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reported returned to Abuja from the 63rd anniversary of the Republic of Benin. President Tinubu and some members of his administration left the country and were warmly received by President, Patrice Talon of the Benin Republic.

Tinubu left Nigeria with some of his political aides as well as six governors including Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos); Seyi Makinde (Oyo); AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq (Kwara); Nasir Idris (Kebbi), and Mohammed Umar Bago (Niger).
