How To Make Cheese At Home

Ingredients Needed Are;

Milk

Salt

Rennet( a coagulation agents)

Cheese cloth

A strainer

A bowl

Methods

You can Start by heating the milk to a temperature of around 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, add the rennet(a coagulating agent) and stir gently until it is dissolved. Allow the mixture to sit for about 30 minutes until it has coagulated. Next, use a strainer lined with cheesecloth to strain out the curds from the whey.

Next, After you have strained out the curds, you can mold them into any shape you desire. Then, place the cheese on a cheese board or plate, cover it with cheesecloth, and allow it to sit at room temperature for about 24 hours. During this time, the cheese will dry out and become firm. Once it has dried, you can wrap it in plastic wrap or wax paper and store it in the refrigerator. Your homemade cheese will be ready to eat in about a week. The enjoy.
