7 Foods High in Zinc

Zinc is an essential minerals needed for many bodily functions. It’s support healthy immune function, wound repair and can also assist in the production of DNA.

For senses of smell and taste, zinc is required.

Zinc also helps in regulating blood sugar levels and blood pressure. The daily recommended intake of zinc for adults is 11-13 mg.

Because body does not naturally produce it on it own, it means, Zinc has to be consumed through the diet or by taken supplements.
