hile some were still sleeping in these parts, Inter Miami officially presentated Lionel Messi to a sold out crowd at the DRV PNK stadium following the announcement of his signing a day ago.

Messi’s former Barcelona team mate, Sergio Busquets , who arrives os a free agent was also presented to the fans after completing his move to the club. The 35 year old who left Barcelona after 18 years there signed a contract that keeps him in Miami till 2025.

I’m so happy to be here! I can’t wait to start training and competing. I’m here to compete, to win, to help the team as I always did”.

“I come here with the same desire as always. We will enjoy a lot”, Messi said.

As it was for most parts of their club careers at Barcelona, Messi got the number 10 kit while Busquets got the club’s number 5 kit.
