Company must follow this procedure to ensure that it’s products meets food Quality and standard regulations for consumer safety. Unless a job is thoroughly and continuously checked for quality, at the strategic stages, it is not possible to always get a good quality finished product.

Components Of Total Quality Control

Total Quality Control can be divided into two components;

A. Products quality control

B. Packaging quality control

Packaging quality control involves three main stages which are:

A. Quality control on incoming matero

B. Quality control on in process materials

C. Quality control on finished products

The quality control is a system encompassing specifications, inspection, analysis and recommendations. This is an inbuilt characteristics of a package, which the procurement stage should start from quality implications. This is very important simply because substandard materials can create immersed problem at the production stage which can result in a large amount of defects.
