Major League Soccer outfit, Inter Miami have confirmed the signing of Lionel Messi on a three year contract according to sources.

In what is some form of confirming the signing of the 2022 FIFA World Cup winner, the club dropped a short video and an image, welcoming the former Barcelona and Paris Saint Germain forward to the club.

Speaking shortly after the confirmation of the deal, an excited Messi said,

I’m very excited to start this next step in my career with Miami in the United States. This is a fantastic opportunity and together we will continue to build this beautiful project.”

“The idea is to work together to achieve the objectives we set, and I’m very eager to start helping here in my new home.”

The forward who signed a 3 years deal that runs out in June 2026, will be officially unveiled at the DRV PNK stadium in Miami on Sunday [Tomorrow] . He could also make his debut on Thursday after training with his new team mate at the start of the week.
