Former governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha has breathe a sigh of relieve as the High Court in Abuja has dismissed the case against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

In his judgment, Justice Yusuf Halilu, faulted the file by the EFCC’s as abuse of office against the embattled governor as an abuse of judicial process on the grounds that the EFCC had once used a similar charge against him at the Federal high court.
