FIFA Bans Saudi Arabian Club For Failing To Meet Transfer Obligations For Ahmed Musa

World football governing body, FIFA has banned Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr from registering new players after the Saudi club failed to meet the transfer obligations for a deal that brought Super Eagles’ Ahmed Musa some years ago.

Al Nassr were expected to pay Leicester City the said amount of £390k [€460k] after the Nigerian international triggered the performance related add ons clause include in the deal that took him to Riyadh in 2018.

Despite CAS ruling in favour of the English club [Leicester City] , the Saudi club are yet to pay the money thereby forcing the hands of FIFA as they have been banned from registering new player.

however there are fresh indications that the ban would be lifted provided Al Nassr makes the payment to Leicester swiftly.
