News reaching RantHq has it that Governor Soludo of Anambra state has issued a statement by his press secretary revealing he has awarded scholarship to Miss Nkechinyere Umeh who emerged as the authentic and legitimate highest scorer in the just concluded JAMB exam. One that was eluded with controversy by Mmsoma Ejikeme, who claimed she was the highest scorer by was later found out to be fraud and lies.

Miss Nkechinyere has officially been declared the highest scorer of the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) with a 360 score by the exam body.

In the statement, Governor Chukwuma Soludo praised Nkechinyere for being exceptionally brillant.

The statement reads thus;

“The governor has announced a well-deserved scholarship for her to study any course of her choice at the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University.

“The scholarship will not only serve as a token of the state government’s appreciation for her hard work but also provide her with the opportunity to pursue her dreams and contribute to the development of the state in the future.”

Even more, the governor wished the awardee more success in her future academic pursuits and encouraged other young Anambra students to be inspired by Umeh’s outstanding performance, adding that they should take advantage of the improved conducive learning environment in the State and strive for excellence at all times.
