For what may not be much of a surprise, Red Bull’s Max Verstappen has won the British Grand Prix at Siilverstone.

the current world champion survived a major scare as McClaren’s Lando Norris almost stole the show before the Dutchman decisively took the lead and subsequently won the race

for much of the race, it was a wheel to wheel battle between both drivers before Verstappen took centre stage, securing his second win at Silverstone.. His win was also his victory in a row and his 11th consecutive podium finish.

Lando Norris , who finished second after yesterday’s qualifying race secured second spot on the podium ahead of fellow Brit Lewis Hamilton in third. The Mercedes driver’s third place finish was his 14th podium finish.

Following the end of the day’s proceedings, it was Lando Norris who picked up the Driver of the Day for his incredible podium finish..
